Mongoose Cuddle

I probably should've saved this for Valentine's Day, but I needed something to work on, and I wanted to upload something before the first month of the new year was out, so voila. x3

Okay, first off, I felt like being fluffy, so I drew these two. Why? Because I think they're another awesome couple Archie Comics has blessed us with. I'll be honest, when they first brought Ash Mongoose into the picture, I was sort of indifferent to his existence. I just felt like "Okay, so Mina finally found someone other than Sonic. Good for her."

But as time went on, I began to notice this guy, mostly because he annoyed me with his gritty attitude. But lately, Ash has grown on me, not just for his neat design, but also in his growth as a character. I find his love and care for Mina to be SO cute, especially now that it's truly genuine and not just out of jealousy for Mina's soft spot for the Blue Blur. He started off as an insecure idiot. Now he's a compassionate and caring idiot. xD

But if you want a more simpler reason, THESE TWO ARE JUST FUN TO DRAW. There, settled. Lol. However, coloring them is no picnic! I am quite happy with the thrown-together background, with it's soft pink glow. I feel all fuzzy and happy now.

If I made any mistakes, you're welcome to point them out, but pleeeeease don't persecute me! I'm still getting used to Mina's new clothes, and Ash's keep changing every few issues! I just went with what I could grab.
